The World's First Wearable-for- Good ®, UNICEF Kid Power is a growing movement of kids and families activating their inner heroes, to end global malnutrition one step at a time. Analysis of product growth opportunities in the tech wearables category is an important stage in any product category - but in this case especially for its impact potential.
Social Venture Partners was at a critical point in their growth. With 25 offices in four countries, the Board wanted to address governance and mindset barriers that were impeding organizational momentum. Utilizing executive interviews and homework, our day-long intensive brought together the national Board to uncover core attributes driving the mission and apply these learnings to fine-tuning their positioning, messaging, and partner recruitment process.
